Tori graduated from Ivy Tech Community College as an expanded functions Certified Dental Assistant and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. Beth Pietsch, our patient coordinator, has the friendly voice you will most likely hear when you give us a call. She is originally from the San Francisco area, but moved here as a teenager. She graduated with a BS degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and spent seven great years teaching 2nd grade at one the area schools. Beth enjoys spending time with her boys, Charlie and Corbett, and her husband, Ryan, hanging out on the lake with her family and cheering on the Carolina Panthers. Carrie Miller, our lead dental assistant, has been with us from day one and worked with Dr. Mike for two years before we opened our doors. She graduated from the NC Dental Assistant training school in 2003 and has spent her time since working in pediatric and general dentistry. Carrie was born and raised in Charlotte. She is the wonderful mother to Jasmin and Peyton, and they can usually be found on the softball field, camping, or if Carrie gets a good book, she may not be found at all. |

Nancy Hammond, dental assistant, “loves the dental office because she has a passion for people”, which is evident in her warm smile. She graduated from Med-Help training school dental program and has many years of valuable experience. She and her husband, Jerry, made NC their new home when they moved here three years ago from northern California. Her pride and joy are Brian, an artist (his art can be seen adorning our office walls) and Fine Arts major, and Shelby, a student at Hopewell high school. Nancy loves traveling, cooking and family get-togethers. |
